NOVEL Midtown Tampa provides an all-access pass to Midtown Tampa. As the first and only Midtown Tampa living option — it is uniquely plugged into the district and is designed for those who thrive off of connection and experiences. I worked with a creative writer to develop unique positioning and brand look/feel for NOVEL Midtown Tampa that appeals to the audiences and excites future residents. Deliverables included a vision board, brochure, floor plan inserts, business cards, social posts and a smaller promotional hand out.
