NOVEL Turtle Creek

A beautiful 20 floor high-rise community in the highly desired Turtle Creek and Oak Lawn areas of Dallas, NOVEL Turtle Creek believes in a level of service that is distinctly different. From 24-hour concierge service and valet to hand-delivered drinks poolside. I worked with a creative writer to develop the look/feel and messaging that differentiates the property from other luxury apartments in the area and brings its intended vision to life to appeal to key target audiences. Deliverables included studio photoshoot art direction assistance, vision board, brochure, floor plans, smaller promotional hand out, print ad, business cards, signage and a quick brand reference guide.
