NOVEL Beach Park provides an enviable Tampa waterfront lifestyle for those seeking elevated experiences. I worked with a creative writer to bring the “beach club” vision and design to life through marketing materials. Deliverables included a vision board, brochure, floor plans, smaller promotional hand out, a quick brand reference guide, business cards and brand guidelines.
